Description
This webinar was hosted on June 22nd, 2023 by If/When/How, Physicians for Reproductive Health, and Nurses for Sexual & Reproductive Health to learn more about the legal landscape post-Dobbs and how it is impacting patients and providers. Advocates will learn how reproductive justice relates to professional codes of ethics, the legal and medical overviews of self-managed abortion, young people’s access to care, and how criminalized pregnancy loss cases are tried. This half-day event was specifically tailored to nurses, doctors, and attorneys and will offer CLE credit, CME credit, and CNE credit.
This course is approved for 4 CLE credits (pending approval) by the CA state bar.
